Are you a Surveyor seeking a new opportunity with OTE of up to £60k PA plus ? Do you have window & door, fenestration or a home improvement background? We are seeking Surveyors to verify our customers’ requirements, providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation.The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background in construction, architecture, or engineering, specialising in home improvements. They should possess excellent technical knowledge of fenestration products, building regulations, and standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams are crucial.What the role entails Making arrangements with the customer to carry out their technical survey in line with our survey completion targets Travelling within the region to undertake the customer’s survey following our high standards, to ensure accurate measurements and drawings are provided in line with our Right first time, methodologyConfirm with the customer all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered as well as offering solutions where applicable.Liaise with the wider Anglian team reporting any discrepancies or changes which need to be made after surveying the customers propertyInput survey details onto the survey network and order materials as requiredDealing with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner What we Need Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skillsNVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience of surveying in the window and door industryPrevious experience or equivalent qualification, of installing uPVC productsProficient IT Skills including Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi task, organise and good problem solverFull driving licence What we Offer Competitive salary and bonus Company Car 31 days holiday, increasing with service, plus have your birthday offPaid time off annually to volunteerComprehensive health & well-being benefits including cycle to work scheme, heavily discounted gym memberships and free access to mental health first aidersHeavily discounted group discount scheme on all productsGroup Perks and freebies on days out, cinema, theatre, eating in and out, mobiles phones, a new car, food shopping and most major high street retailersOpportunity to work with a forward-thinking and supportive team.Career development and continuous learning opportunities.
