We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a one month temporary contract.This will be a full-time position in South East London with the rates being £20 per flat, £24 per house, £26 per block.The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Carrying out stock condition surveys on Social Housing unitsEstablishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative complianceKnowledge of RdSAP in order to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveysLiaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried outEnsuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets Experience required: Experience conducting stock condition surveysExperience within a social housing environmentKnowledge of RdSAP & HHSRS Rewards and Benefits: Manage your own diary Working hours: Monday – Friday40 surveys per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
