Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Operations Specialist to join our Global Biologicals Production & Supply team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain operations for our third-party Biologicals deals on a global scale. The position plays a pivotal role in balancing inventory targets and customer service levels, resolving complex supply chain issues, and driving stakeholder alignment across our global network. This position requires expertise in core planning processes across country, regional, and global levels, with a strong focus on forecast management and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly collaborative candidate with an end-to-end process mind-set and a robust background in supply chain processes, preferably within the biologicals or agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Responsibilities/Accountabilities include, but are not limited to;Manage global third-party Biologicals planning and operational oversight, balancing inventory targets and customer service levelsResolve supply chain issues, provide S&OP inputs, and conduct supplier operations reviewsDrive stakeholder alignment, and act as subject matter expert for key processesMaintain supply chain maps, data, and documentationEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Syngenta's internal standardsQualifications and required experienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldSolid experience in supply chain operations, with expertise in core planning processes across country, regional, and global levelsStrong knowledge of supply chain tools and processes, particularly in planning (SAP, APO, reports)Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and master data requirementsExperience in different supply operations functions at country or regional levelExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across regions, cultures, and companiesProficiency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are advantageousExperience in supplier or customer-facing roles is beneficialDemonstrated ability to learn and develop good end-to-end process understanding
