What We’re Looking For: Prior experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.A proactive, resilient individual with a strong commitment to helping every child succeed.Willingness to assist with nappy changing when necessary.A deep understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Important: A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection is critical for this role.
