Commercial Real Estate Associate (2–4 PQE) London, City Highly Ranked, Leading Real Estate Practice An Exceptional Opportunity in Commercial Real Estate We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Real Estate Associate Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join a highly respected and busy Commercial Property team, based in the heart of the City. This is a standout opportunity to work within a well-established and collaborative team on a broad range of complex and high-value real estate transactions. You'll work with an impressive client base, ranging from institutional investors and developers to major corporates, offering a consistently strong pipeline of work. The Role You’ll be part of a close-knit and supportive team handling: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Development and regeneration projects Joint ventures and investment structures Leasing (for both landlord and tenant) Planning and environmental matters Your role will be varied and client-facing, with a real opportunity to build your profile and develop strong relationships within a lucrative client base. Key Responsibilities You’ll need demonstrable experience in key areas of Commercial Real Estate, including: Asset Management: Drafting and negotiating licences (assignment, underletting, alterations, change of use) Advising on statutory frameworks, including LTA 1988 and 1995 Handling lease regears, surrenders, rent deposit deeds, wayleaves, tenancies at will, and variation documentation Understanding green lease issues (MEES, EPCs), land registration rules, SDLT, and VAT implications on property transactions Sales & Purchases: Acting for vendors and purchasers, preparing CPSEs, contracts, and transfer documentation Carrying out due diligence, title reviews, and searches Advising on land registry processes and SDLT submissions Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, and managing the deal end-to-end What We're Looking For: UK qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Real Estate Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen Excellent drafting, communication, and client-facing skills Proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine interest in building client relationships Why Join Us?
