This newly created Accountant role for a rapidly growing Real Estate Investment firm paying £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in the heart of the west end Role This Accountant will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director to put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below. Review budgets, undertake variance analysis and prepare KPI reports for management prep Prepare/review VAT returns (incl. partial exemption) Project Work Cashflow forecasting for various projects Budgeting and forecasting for various projects Review covenant compliance reports to ensure reporting is accurate and in line with the requirements of the facility agreements Produce/review various ad hoc reports as requested by management Liaise with local/group auditors on audit queries for various entities Liaise with external accountants and asset managers to resolve queries Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned Maintain the accounting records/ledgers for various entities Review statutory and management accounts ensuring correct accounting treatment in line with the relevant accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP/French GAAP) Prepare/review the consolidation and accounting for subsidiaries and joint ventures Profile The Accountant for this Real Estate is ideally for the below A Qualified Accountant Someone who's had experience with producing accountants for Real Estate Clients Someone who's had experience with IFRS Company The Accountant will report into a hugely impressive head of Finance Director who is keen to develop people within the team and prides on promoting from within. The Real Estate Investment business is one of the largest investors into the real estate market and this is a new role due to growth. The firm are also going through massive growth and have year on year growth of over 30% Salary & Benefits Salary is bench marked £60,000 to £70,000 on experience.
