Job Ref: 9903 The Opportunity:As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting professionals involved in regulatory proceedings. This position involves managing a varied caseload with a focus on professional discipline and regulatory law. Your responsibilities will include:Advising members on a broad range of regulatory mattersDrafting legal documentation and formal correspondenceProviding accurate, practical legal adviceCoordinating with expert witnesses and instructing counsel where neededPotentially representing members in regulatory meetings and hearings, depending on your interest and experienceAbout You:We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
