Job Title: Secondary School Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Croydon Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing About the Role: Tradewind Recruitment / SANZA Teaching Agency is a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to supporting our educators every step of the way! We are currently seeking passionate and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a variety of vibrant and supportive secondary schools across Croydon. This role involves supporting students with additional learning needs, providing in-class support, and helping them reach their full potential. Whether you're looking for daily supply, part-time flexibility, or a longer-term position, we have opportunities to suit your needs. Responsibilities: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs) Requirements: Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable A passion for education and supporting young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one) Why Join Us?
