This position offers a remarkable opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support in their learning, helping them navigate challenges and realise their full potential in an inclusive educational environment.Key responsibilities: Participate in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activitiesFoster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentSupport the emotional, social, and cognitive development of studentsTrack and monitor student progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsCollaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators (SENCOs), and parents to implement and Review Individual Education Plans (IIEPs) What we are looking for: Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essentialA passion for inclusive education and a desire to make a positive impactHave a patient, resilient, and positive attitude towards learning and behaviour supportRelevant qualifications (e.g Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) would be advantageous, but not essentialA valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or willingness to obtain one Why join us?
