We cater for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches,private parties, Christmas & New Year events and Warwick Castle's amazing summer concerts!Be extremely passionate about food and ensure each meal you plate up is to the highest standardCompleting daily paperwork to cover due diligence, assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleansWorking with the teams regarding food production managment to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food stock levels, food quality and brand standardsPlacing food orders and maintaining stock levelsFull knowlege of all menu items served, including allergy informationAct as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasksUndertake relevant training as required You will be set up for for success if you have: Previous experience in a similar food service environment catering for a large volumePrevious supervisory experienceProven knowledge of quality food productionRelevant culinary qualification About AramarkAt Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
