Property Manager A long-established property management and investment company based in North London is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. They manage a large UK-wide portfolio and have a collaborative, supportive office environment. The role You'll be managing a portfolio of residential properties, handling day-to-day issues, and acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and councils. This is a varied role covering everything from compliance to maintenance and move-ins/outs. Key responsibilities include: Arranging new tenancies and managing move-ins Coordinating repairs and maintenance Carrying out property inspections and reporting back to landlords Overseeing the move-out process Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations Liaising with contractors, councils, and landlords About you You've got at least 2 years experience in property management You're organised, calm under pressure, and good at solving problems You've got strong communication skills and emotional intelligence You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car Salary and benefits £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am 5:30pm
