That’s why our in-house design, construction, and sustainability teams work together to reduce emissions associated with our activities and supply chain.ResponsibilitiesAbout you We would love to hear from you if you are: • Curious, analytical and great at solving problems • Exceptional at building strong working relationships with team members and across a range of stakeholders • A flexible and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude • Able to undertake a variety of activities with a substantial degree of personal responsibility and autonomyWhat you’ll be doing We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Solutions to lead and manage the technical RFP response process across our data centre portfolio. This role reports to the Customer Solutions Director and sits at the intersection of project management, engineering, and commercial operations. You’ll be responsible for: • Leading and coordinating the end-to-end technical RFP response process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions • Collaborating with internal teams—engineering, commercial, operations, and sales—to align solutions with customer needs • Driving stakeholder engagement, managing project timelines, and escalating risks where necessary • Applying technical knowledge to validate solution feasibility and compliance • Supporting the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and contract-ready deliverables • Improving internal processes, templates, and response strategies for continuous optimisation • Ensuring proposals align with our operational capabilities and sustainability ambitions • Helping standardise outputs from across engineering to feed into lease-ready customer documentation You’ll be expected to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously while acting as a central point of coordination for technical, commercial, and operational inputs.Qualifications What we’re looking for Do you have: • A background in engineering, with around 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data centres or critical infrastructure • Proven ability to manage complex technical RFPs and coordinate cross-functional teams • A structured and detail-focused approach to documentation, compliance, and deadlines • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders, customers, and vendors to clarify requirements and align expectations • A strong sense of ownership and autonomy in delivering large-scale proposal responses • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear language • Familiarity with infrastructure systems such as power, cooling, and connectivity • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally design tools such as Bluebeam Revu • Leadership experience, having guided small teams or cross-disciplinary groups • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and process optimisationWhat’s in it for you? • You’ll be joining a dedicated, vibrant, dynamic and talented team of people who are deeply passionate about data centres for good • We’re committed to the culture of learning and provide regular learning opportunities for everyone, including support for your personal and career development • Your health and wellbeing are important to us—expect mental health first aiders, a 24-hour support line, and wellness activities throughout the year • A competitive salary and generous annual leave that increases with service, plus public holidays and a day off on your birthday • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme • Private Medical Insurance for you and your family • 3 x Life Insurance and other perksEveryone’s welcome Everyone is welcome at Pure.
