Job Title: Commercial Property ConveyancerLocation: North Manchester or North WestSalary: £35,000 - £50,000Hours: Full Time/ Hybrid Working.Firm Details:A reputable specialist high street firm with multiple offices across North West and North Manchester area are looking for a Commercial Property Conveyancer. This firms reputation is outstanding, this is proven by the amount of 5* reviews they have and excellent staff retention.Duties:* Manage a caseload of varied Commercial Property Files including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant etc.Experience Required:* Experience managing a caseload from start to finish of commercial property files* Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner within conveyancing.* Excellent client relations* This firm is also looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer due to increase of workload and retirements.
