Adult Nurse Manager – Community Complex Care | North London | Up to £45,000 + Benefits Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community? We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and growing healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care. Based in North London, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs. What’s on offer:Salary up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hybrid working – 1 day from home, 4 days in the communityMonday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no nights or weekends33 days holiday including bank holidaysPrivate pension schemeCompany laptop and mobile phonePool car or travel card provided for community workMileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mileExcellent training and development programmeKey responsibilities – Adult Nurse Manager:Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needsDeliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication managementLead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of careBuild strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring ongoing support and communicationWork in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packagesWhat we’re looking for:Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PINHands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support (within the past 2 years)Leadership skills suited to Band 5 or Band 6 nursesStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and colleaguesA full UK driving licence is desirable but not essentialIf you’re ready to take the next step in your nursing career and want to make a difference as an Adult Nurse Manager, this role offers the structure, flexibility, and support to help you thrive.
