Our client is looking for an exceptional Employment Solicitor to join the team which deals with an impressive range of high-quality work for their national client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to head of the overall department and get on track to becoming Partner. Within this Employment Solicitor role, your duties will include: Managing and supporting the overall Employment team Running your own caseload of unfair dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and disciplinary matters Taking part in Business Development Initiatives Developing and maintain a broad client network The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 7 years PQE, is confident in their own ability and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
