We’re looking for a brilliant SEND Teacher to join a specialist school that does things differently—for all the right reasons.You’ll be working with a small class of 6–8 pupils, each with a unique mix of needs including autism, complex needs, cerebral palsy, and Down’s syndrome. The curriculum is delivered below mainstream levels, so experience with P-Levels and the ability to differentiate like a pro is essential.This is a role for someone who knows the power of a great plan, a calm tone, and a well-timed smile. You’ll be making a big difference in a small class, with the support of a team that truly gets it.What you'll be doing:
Creating engaging lessons that meet each pupil where they’re at
Differentiating materials and strategies to support every learner
Tracking progress and celebrating even the smallest wins
Teaming up with parents, carers, and specialists to give every pupil the best possible support
What we’re looking for:
QTS or a UK-recognised teaching qualification – essential
At least 1 year of SEND teaching experience – we’re after someone with hands-on expertise
Creative, resilient, and ready to bring structure, stability, and spark to your classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
