You will work directly with our Tech Lead to build new backend functionality, improve system performance, and help shape the backend architecture as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to have an impact in a high-growth environment.RequirementsDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend components using C# and .NETCollaborate closely with the Tech Lead to define technical specifications and development prioritiesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practicesIntegrate with 3rd-party APIs and data sourcesContribute to performance tuning and optimisationWork in a fast-paced, agile environment with short development cyclesCommunicate effectively across distributed teamsWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET (Core or 6/7) and C#Experience building and scaling backend systems for SaaS platformsSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programmingFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsComfort working independently in a remote environmentStartup or scale-up experience a plusExcellent communication skills and fluent EnglishNice to Have* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices* Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)* Exposure to frontend or full-stack work (e.g., React, Angular)* Experience with message queues or event-driven architecturesJoin Us: This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team fully integrated with our startup partner and work on cutting-edge projects in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
