Our collaboration with various organisations allows us to build teams that are skilled and adept in agile delivery standardsOur client platform delivers intelligent insights to property managers, letting agents, and landlords — helping them optimise building occupancy, understand resident profiles, and automate tedious admin tasks As we accelerate our machine learning and AI capabilities, we’re hiring a Python ML Engineer with hands-on LLM training experience to help us push the limits of what’s possible.The RoleAs our ML Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founding team and product leads to build, fine-tune, and deploy intelligent models that work on complex, real-world datasets.This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape the future of real estate technology.What You’ll DoDevelop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python, with a focus on LLMs and structured/unstructured datasetsWork with large and complex datasets, including resident data, occupancy logs, utility consumption, and admin records Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Product team to turn customer problems into scalable ML featuresExplore and prototype model fine-tuning using OpenAI, Gemini, or similar APIsMonitor model performance and iterate quickly in a fast-paced production environmentContribute to the architecture and pipeline design for model training and inferenceMaintain clean, version-controlled, and well-documented codeOptional: travel to the US for product workshops and strategy sprintsMust-Have Experience5-7 years of experience in applied machine learning with PythonProven track record in training LLMs or working with an LLM pipelineStrong experience working with complex, real-world datasetsPrevious experience in a startup or scale-up environmentSolid understanding of ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)Comfortable with experimentation, testing, and deploying ML models in productionExcellent communication skills and fluent EnglishNice to HaveExperience with OpenAI, Gemini, or other LLM APIs (prompting or fine-tuning)Domain knowledge or previous experience in real estate, proptech, or smart buildingsFamiliarity with ML ops practices and tools (e.g., MLFlow, Airflow, DVC)Ability to handle geospatial data, time series, or IoT data streamsInterest in NLP, recommendation systems, or clustering algorithmsJoin Us: This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team fully integrated with our startup partner and work on cutting-edge projects in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
