Behaviour Mentor (part & full time)Grantham£89 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)July2025 – ongoingThis successful, ‘outstanding’ special school catering to pupils aged 2 – 19 with a wide range of special educational needs are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentor starting on an ad hoc basis possibly leading to a longer term role for the right candidate.The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for supporting the teacher with the smooth running of the classroom and pupils within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis with their work or managing behaviour.Requirements:The desired Behaviour Mentor will; Hold a minimum L2 Teaching Assistant qualificationHave knowledge and experience supporting children with special educational needsHave excellent communication skillsHave a caring and empathetic manner What we offer:As a Behaviour Mentor, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
