Job Summary:We are seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Voice Bio, Gatekeeper systems, voice print migration, database migrations, and cloud technologies, particularly in Azure environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in API integrations, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and moving projects to production. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in dialer architecture, cloud hyper solutions, and experience in Session Border Controllers (SBC) evergreening. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical leadership across various projects, ensuring that solutions are architected, implemented, and migrated effectively.Key Responsibilities:Voice Bio and Gatekeeper Project Implementation:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Voice Bio and Gatekeeper systems, ensuring high performance and security.Manage the integration of voice authentication technologies into the organization’s broader telephony and security infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the implementation meets both business requirements and technical specifications.Voice Print Migration:Oversee voice print migration activities, ensuring data integrity during the transition of voice prints between systems.Lead migration planning, execution, and testing efforts to ensure seamless migration with minimal disruption to the business.Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated voice print data.Database Migration and Data Integrity:Manage and perform database migrations, ensuring that all data is transferred accurately and securely between platforms.Lead data integrity checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring that data is consistent across systems and platforms post-migration.Work closely with database administrators and other technical teams to ensure that databases are optimized and aligned with project requirements.API Integration and Testing:Oversee and perform API integrations to ensure that various systems communicate seamlessly, enhancing system functionality and data exchange.Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet functional, technical, and security standards before moving them to production.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of all integrated systems, identifying any issues early and resolving them prior to deployment.Azure Cloud Environment:Leverage Azure cloud technologies to design, deploy, and optimize solutions in the cloud.Implement and manage cloud solutions that scale to meet business needs, utilizing Azure services for storage, compute, networking, and security.Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and high availability.Dialer Architecture and Cloud Hyper Solutions:Act as an expert in dialer architecture, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of dialer systems for effective communication and routing.Design and implement cloud hyper solutions, utilizing modern cloud technologies and architectures to provide scalable and flexible solutions.Session Border Controllers (SBC) Evergreening:Oversee the evergreening of Session Border Controllers (SBC) to ensure the latest features, patches, and security updates are applied.Manage SBC deployments, ensuring that they are optimized for voice traffic, secure, and aligned with the organization’s overall IT infrastructure.Perform regular assessments of SBC infrastructure and recommend upgrades or changes to ensure ongoing operational effectiveness.Collaboration and Leadership:Provide subject matter expertise to project teams, acting as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and problem-solving.Lead or mentor junior technical staff, ensuring the adoption of best practices and consistent technical quality across projects.Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project goals, timelines, and technical approaches with organizational objectives.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain thorough documentation for all technical processes, configurations, and implementations to ensure traceability and ease of future maintenance.Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, challenges, and solutions.Key Qualifications:Experience:Extensive experience with Voice Bio and Gatekeeper projects, including integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.Proven experience in voice print migration, database migrations, and performing data integrity checks.Strong background in API integrations and experience managing SIT and UAT processes.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of cloud resources.Expertise in dialer architecture and cloud hyper solutions.Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC) and related technologies, including evergreening processes.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in cloud computing, particularly with Azure.Deep understanding of networking, telecom systems, and voice authentication technologies (e.g., Voice Bio, Gatekeeper).Familiarity with database management systems and data migration tools and techniques.Proficient in API integration and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in complex and distributed environments.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
