BMS Account Manager London £60,000 - £70,000My client carries out the entire process of designing, supplying, and installing BMS Control Systems.Their expertise includes seamless Integration, Energy Management Services, and meticulous Planned Preventative Maintenance. * Proficiently provide quotes for BMS Upgrades based on existing portfolios* Skilfully generate quotes from technical inquiries for existing buildings within Managed Services (if necessary)* Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing upgrades, optimisations, and all quoted works* Offer valuable assistance to the Sales team by addressing any technical questions* Develop trackers for clients, including risk registers* Effectively manage Clients' portfolios, overseeing risks and meetings* Prioritise Client retention as a vital aspect of the role* Proactively identify energy opportunities, future operations, and innovations* Review energy-related enhancements with clients.
