Your strategic mindset will ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals—while fostering innovation and collaboration across disciplines.What You’ll DoProject Execution: Lead digital initiatives from concept to launch, managing scope, timelines, and resources.Agile Leadership: Champion Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic bridge between clients, development teams, and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks using structured frameworks like risk matrices.Quality Assurance: Maintain technical and visual consistency across design, prototype, and build.Resource Management & Budget Oversight: Optimise project resources management and financials, ensuring value-driven delivery within scope.Client Advocacy: Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, addressing concerns with clarity and proactive technical and creative offerings.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, frontend and backend developers, architects, and QA specialists to exceed client expectations.New Business: Contribute to new business activities including proposal writing and pitches.
