Richmond Recruitment Agency is delighted to be supporting our client from a Top 8 firm which is eager to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Audit Director to expand their rapidly evolving company. This could be an opportunity which clears your path to becoming a partner and a leader in your specialised field.Job Descriptions:• Take the lead in handling out large and technically complex clients• Identify key issues and priorities by analysing complex business situations at hand• Act as a trusted business advisor to the clients by providing advice on a business and personal level to the managers• Overseeing all client engagement• Overall responsibility to allocate work• Overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.• Ensure client service is always maintained at a top tier level• Managing the end to end audit process including budgets and timescales• Willing to work in mixed sectors with large companies• Assisting on ad hoc projects.Ideal Candidate:• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent qualification• Excellent working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP• Ideally hold RI status or able to start the application process to obtain RI status• A peoples persone with great communication, problem-solving and time management skills• Ambitios with a keen interest to grow the business• Experience withing accountancy practice and able to work within a variety of industries• Proven capability to manage a large variety of client portfolios• Experience with training and mentoring a teamThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable accounting firm of choice.
