Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 15:30Start date: September 2025 What you will be doing: Providing one-to-one support that makes a real differenceHelping your pupil feel calm, confident and includedWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCOHelping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included. About you: Recent psychology graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for working with young children.Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
