This opportunity would be ideal for an Architect or technically-focused Project Architect with strong experience in the data centre or industrial sector and a background in delivering highly detailed packages using Revit. Package:£50,000 – £60,000Annual bonus schemePrivate healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeOffice:Central London studio (hybrid working options available)Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pmDuties:Lead the technical design and delivery of data centre and industrial projectsProduce and coordinate detailed drawing packages in RevitAttend site visits and design team meetings across LondonContribute to design development with a focus on buildability and performanceSupport the wider team in maintaining project standards and delivery timelinesRequirements:Strong experience delivering complex, high-performance industrial or data centre buildingsBackground in working through all RIBA stages, particularly technical design and deliveryProficiency in Revit and a confident approach to producing detailed drawing packagesA keen eye for construction detail and design precisionSolid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
