My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to be involved from day one, recruiting their own staff team, welcoming new children and opening the home. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a genuinely FANTASTIC provider of Children's Services who believe in looking after their staff and really working together collaboratively as a team. They even have "feel good Fridays" where the staff and kids go and do activities such as laser tag and paddle-boarding!! Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager Salary: up to £52,000 depending on experience Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire Hours: Full-Time Contract Type: Permanent Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people.
