Supporter Retention Manager Location: Hybrid working, will be required to travel into London when appropriateSalary: Up to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships with supporters and driving long-term fundraising success? You’ll deliver personalised stewardship initiatives, ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to their mission. Working across direct mail, telemarketing, gaming, and digital channels, you’ll create compelling supporter journeys that inspire long-term commitment and giving.They’re looking for someone with experience in donor retention and direct marketing. You should have strong project management skills, the ability to write engaging fundraising appeals, and experience working with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge. A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for supporter engagement will be key to success in this role.This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the way they build relationships with their supporters and make a real impact.
