You will be joining a team that values creativity, ambition, and a shared commitment to educational excellence.The Role – Graduate Oxbridge Teaching AssistantAs a Graduate Oxbridge Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with subject leaders and experienced classroom teachers across the English, Maths, and Science departments. You will contribute to an engaging and supportive learning environment, helping students unlock their full potential.Key responsibilities include: - Graduate Oxbridge Teaching Assistant
Supporting classroom teaching and delivering focused interventions to small groups and individuals.Assisting in lesson planning, resource creation, and academic mentoring.Helping to raise attainment through tailored academic support, particularly for high-potential and SEN students.Supporting Sixth Form students with their university applications, including Oxbridge and Russell Group preparation.Playing an active role in the broader life of the school, including extracurricular enrichment.
Who We’re Looking For: - Graduate Oxbridge Teaching Assistant
A graduate from Oxford or Cambridge University with a minimum 2:1 degree.A genuine passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.A proactive, enthusiastic, and reflective individual keen to contribute to a high-performing academic environment.
