If so, this could be the role for you.A leading education trust is seeking a Music Programme Manager to help deliver and develop a high-quality, inspiring programme of curricular and co-curricular music across a network of 36 state primary and secondary schools located throughout the East Midlands, London, Yorkshire and the Humber.About the Role
As Music Programme Manager, you will play a key part in shaping the musical experiences of over 14,500 students annually. Working within a small but dynamic music team, you’ll collaborate closely with music leads, school-based teachers, and a team of musicians-in-residence to co-ordinate and support a wide range of music programmes, events, and trips.You’ll need to be a confident self-starter—comfortable managing complex workloads, solving problems independently, and contributing as part of a team. The role requires travel to school and concert venues, so access to a vehicle or reliable transport is essential.This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours per week, year-round) based in Northampton, with flexibility for some remote working by prior agreement. Attendance at key events such as rehearsals and concerts (approximately 15 per year) is required, with time off in lieu provided.We’re looking for someone who:
