You’ll manage your caseload under supervision, with the chance to grow your responsibilities over time.Key Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of conveyancing files under supervisionDraft legal documents, letters, and contracts tailored to client needsMeet with clients, take instructions, and provide practical legal adviceKeep clients updated throughout the transaction processEnsure compliance with legal procedures and regulatory standardsStay informed on legal developments relevant to property lawWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial and/or residential conveyancingFluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (essential)Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process from instruction to post-completionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detailStrong time management skills and the ability to work under pressureA commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client serviceWhat’s On Offer:Base salary from £30,000 (dependent on experience)Performance bonusCompany pension schemePrivate medical insuranceLife insuranceEmployee discount programmeClear progression opportunitiesHybrid working available after 6 monthsMonday to Friday scheduleThis is a great opportunity for a skilled paralegal looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that rewards talent and fosters professional development.
