️ Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: North London Starting Salary: £32,000 per annum Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a key position suited to someone who is physically fit, highly organised, and confident in delegating and leading a small team. ✅ Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing goods efficiently Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment Delegate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor performance Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained Liaise with suppliers, transport, and internal teams Operate and monitor warehouse systems or software (training can be provided) Contribute to improving processes and reducing waste or inefficiencies Key Requirements Numerate with good attention to detail Prior warehouse or logistics experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Able to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively Physically fit - manual handling involved Punctual, reliable, and hard-working Good communication and basic IT skills Eligibility to work in the UK ⭐ Desirable (not essential) Forklift licence (or willing to train) Experience with warehouse software systems (e.g., WMS, stock management) First Aid or Health & Safety training
