Your attention to detail will contribute significantly to the creation of lasting memories for our esteemed guests.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp keep guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas clean and tidy.Deliver items like towels, toiletries, and bedding to guest rooms when requested.Collect dirty linens and take them to the laundry; restock clean items where needed.Empty rubbish bins and replace liners to keep areas fresh and clean.Report any broken or damaged items in rooms or public spaces.Handle lost and found items properly, following hotel procedures.Make sure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked with supplies and organised.Follow all safety, hygiene, and security rules to keep everyone safe.
