This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar leadership role, who is passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering a consistent, high-quality dining experience. About the Role As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen from planning and delivering inspiring menus, to maintaining excellent standards of food safety and team performance. Youll have the opportunity to shape the menu using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and efficient service. About the Client Our client is an independent, well-established gastro pub with a loyal local following. The team is professional yet down-to-earth, with a strong culture of collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house.
