Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Multiple Positions £115- £120 per day Waltham Forest Full-time Sept 2025 SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a large group of fabulous primary schools in the London Borough of Waltham Forest who are looking to recruit multiple Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) for roles to begin in September 2025. MORE INFO.. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work across all year groups from year 1 to year 6. You will cover lessons while class teachers are on their allocated planning times each week (PPA). You will also cover lessons while class teachers are on professional development and occasionally cover for absence. ABOUT YOU.. You will need to flexible and adaptable and you will need good behaviour management skills as you will need to be able to adapt to teaching different year groups/classes throughout the days You will need to have great interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly You will need to have previous experience as a HLTA to be considered for this position You will ideally have a university qualification NEXT STEPS...
