Learning Support Assistant - Secondary Schools - Islington Location: Islington, North London Full-Time | Term-Time Only £90-£105 per day (depending on experience) Tradewind is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a variety of supportive and inclusive secondary schools in Islington. This is a fantastic role for individuals who are passionate about helping students with additional needs thrive in mainstream classroom environments. Full training and support available. Role Responsibilities: Providing individual or small-group support within lessons Working with students who have additional learning needs or EHCPs Supporting classroom activities and helping students stay engaged Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress What We're Looking For: Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individuals Experience with young people in schools, tutoring or youth work A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Any experience with SEN is advantageous but not essential Why Apply?
