This is a chance to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a collaborative and market-leading practice.About the Role:As a mid-level associate, you will focus on private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations across key sectors such as Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology, and Corporate Real Estate. You'll draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage client relationships, and provide commercially driven legal advice.The team is known for its entrepreneurial approach and expertise in handling sophisticated cross-border transactions.
