We are recruiting two People Operations Assistants to provide first-line support across a range of HR and People processes in a fast-paced housing organisation. Contract Details:Temporary until July 2025 £17.42 per hour PAYE / £22.04 Umbrella Rate Full-time – hybrid or office-based (TBC)Key Responsibilities:Respond to tier 1 People queries from colleagues and stakeholders across the organisationProcess high-volume colleague transactions using PeopleXD and other People systemsMaintain accurate personnel records and support with onboarding and internal changesSupport compliance administration for DBS checks and renewalsGuide managers and colleagues on the use of self-service People toolsEnsure timely data entry and champion data quality across all HR recordsCollaborate across the People team to resolve queries and improve processesUpdate colleague records following organisational changes and restructure activitySupport continuous improvement initiatives and intranet guidance contentRequirements:Experience in a busy HR or People Operations teamStrong data entry and systems administration skills (PeopleXD or similar preferred)Excellent attention to detail and customer service approachAbility to handle confidential information and prioritise workloadComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume processingWhy Apply?Join a well-regarded, socially responsible organisationOpportunity to build HR experience in a collaborative and supportive teamChance to contribute to real process improvement in a high-volume HR environmentApply now.
