Job DescriptionBeing a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time at Heathrow Airport with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirementsControlling all daily activities such as pick up times, flight coordinator log sheet, check sheets and delivery notes are checked and updatedPreparing adequate handover to crew by submitting all paperwork (delivery notes) brief on menu changes, SPML’s requests etc. Controlling the truck after offloading, matching amount of loaded and offloaded cartsEnsuring final checking of correct packing, by sealing trolleys prior to leaving siteWorking closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircraftsRepresenting DO & CO on a daily basis with all external/ internal communication with our customers. You will be communicating and working closely with crew members on aircrafts to confirm all delivered goods are correctEnsuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirementsDefining systems of working to ensure quality of product, problems are resolved with solutions and continuous improvement initiatives are instigatedProviding reports on productivity and other performance indicators to managementDriving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities
