This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll work closely with pupils who need that extra bit of support—whether that’s 1:1, in small groups, or simply being that steady presence in the classroom.What the role involves: Providing tailored support to children with additional needs, including SENDWorking alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentSupporting emotional regulation, classroom routines, and confidence buildingBeing a key contact for parents and part of a genuinely supportive school community What we’re looking for: Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (especially in SEND settings)A patient, adaptable, and kind approachSomeone who can build strong relationships and make a real difference to a child’s school dayThrive training?
