You’ll work closely with pupils with autism and complex needs, helping them navigate their day with confidence and care.What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with personalised learningHelping children regulate emotions, build trust, and feel secureCollaborating with teachers, therapists, and the wider teamCreating a calm, structured, and supportive environment every day What we’re looking for: Experience working with children or adults with SENDA calm, patient approach and the ability to think on your feetSomeone who genuinely cares and is ready to make a differenceThrive trained?
