You will support a range of non-contentious legal matters, including commercial contracts, IP structuring, due diligence and group reorganisations. The role combines legal expertise with commercial insight and offers a great platform for those keen to develop client relationships, take the lead on matters, and contribute to wider business development efforts.Requirements 4–6 years’ PQEQualified in England & Wales (or other UK jurisdiction), or with substantial experience practising in England & WalesExperience advising on non-contentious IP matters and drafting/negotiating commercial contractsCommercially minded with strong drafting and communication skillsInterested in building client relationships and contributing to business developmentEnthusiastic about working on technically complex legal projects Key Responsibilities Advise on a wide range of IP and commercial law matters, including licensing, franchising and IP due diligenceDraft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreementsCollaborate with internal IP and commercial experts to support IP structuring and commercialisationAssist on major group reorganisations and evaluate client contracts for risk and improvementLead projects and act as a key contact for clients, while supporting on work-winning initiatives This is a hybrid role based in London with flexibility around office attendance, offering a high level of autonomy, exposure to high-quality work and a chance to grow within a dynamic team.#INDCATS
