Job Description: Techchaintalent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our team in London, UK. As a Recruiting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic field of recruitment. This is a 3 - 6 month internship with the potential for a full-time position upon completion. Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positionsConduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviewsPost job openings on various job boards and social media platformsUtilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talentSupport the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviewsAttend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidatesAssist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metricsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progressParticipate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and processesConduct reference checks and assist in drafting offer lettersProvide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationFamiliarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAvailable to work at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months Benefits:Hands-on experience in the recruitment fieldMentorship and guidance from experienced recruitment professionalsExposure to various industries and job functionsOpportunity for a full-time position upon completion of the internship If you are passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
