Class Teacher with Middle Leadership Responsibility – PSD Lead (SEN) Location: Outer London Contract: Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance + TLR 2Are you an experienced SEN teacher ready to take on a leadership challenge that makes a tangible impact on pupils' lives?A specialist setting in Outer London is looking for a passionate and creative SEN Class Teacher to take on a key middle leadership role, overseeing the Personal Social Development (PSD) strand of the curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the area of personal growth, independence and life skills for pupils with a diverse range of complex needs.RequirementsThe Role:You’ll lead a class of pupils with complex needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism and associated behaviours, delivering engaging and differentiated learning.
