Job Title: Ductwork Project Manager Location: London, UK Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading contractor specializing in ductwork and HVAC installations, for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager. Based in London, this role will oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery across commercial and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all stages of ductwork projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met. Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and on-site teams, maintaining clear communication and positive relationships. Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available, managing workforce allocation for each project. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections to monitor safety and quality. Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and prepare regular progress and financial reports. Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice on ductwork installation, modifications, and troubleshooting to support project success. Team Coordination: Supervise and direct project teams, including subcontractors, on-site personnel, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the ductwork, HVAC, or building services sectors. Strong understanding of ductwork systems and installation processes. Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within construction or building services. Why Join?
