We are seeking a proactive and resident-focused Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join one of the UK’s largest and most respected housing associations. This is a permanent role supporting tenancy management, estate quality, and customer satisfaction. Contract Details:Permanent, full-time£19.75 ph PAYE / £26.22 ph Umbrella (£35,951.12 p/a equiv).Agile working: 1–2 days in the office + patch-based attendanceLocation: South West London – patches in Croydon, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark (final patch confirmed on appointment)Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary relationship holder between the organisation and residents on your patchResolve issues related to tenancy, property, ASB, estate standards, and complianceConduct estate inspections, tenancy audits, and ensure follow-up on repairs and risksRepresent the organisation at forums, meetings, and with local authoritiesInvestigate and resolve a wide range of housing-related issuesMaintain accurate records and escalate legal or safeguarding concerns appropriatelyEssential Skills & Experience:Strong housing management experience across tenancy, ASB, and property mattersConfidence working in diverse communities and managing customer expectationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsFamiliarity with compliance, safeguarding, and housing legislationProactive and empathetic approach to resolving resident issuesA full driving licence is helpful due to patch-based travelDesirable:IRPM or housing qualificationKnowledge of property and estate servicesWhy Apply?Join a respected housing organisation with career development pathwaysMake a difference by supporting residents and improving neighbourhoodsAgile working model with patch-based responsibility and autonomyApply now.
