We value a collaborative approach, promote diversity, and prioritize safety and integrity in all our operations.We are seeking a motivated and analytical engineering graduate to join our projects team in London as an Engineering Design Tool Intern. In this role you will gain hands-on practical experience using industry-standard software, contributing to real engineering projects. You will also take part in developing and testing Excel-based tools for process equipment sizing and simulation, and deliver training sessions to share your work with the team.Main responsibilities: Assist in the production of an excel design tool used for pump sizing, two phase separator, three phase separator, line sizing, RO sizing, relief valve sizing, heat and material balance extraction. Evaluate and test the Excel tool using validated software or vendor data. Document and file test results, along with the necessary supporting documentation used in tool generation. Prepare and facilitate a training session on the utilisation of each tool. Support the team in updating their asset simulation. A collaborative and supportive learning environment RequirementsEssential: A 3rd year, final year, or recent graduate in Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering. Comfortable using Excel and other IT applications. Excellent organisational, presentation, and communication skills. Self motivated with strong attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused mindset. Desirable: First hands-on exposure to process simulation software (such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, or comparable tools); experience with these programs is advantageous.
