Salesforce Consumer Goods Tech Lead Contract | 6 Months | Hybrid ( London ) Overview We're hiring a Salesforce Tech Lead to architect and oversee the delivery of a robust solution on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud for a global retail client. You'll guide a team of developers and ensure successful implementation of Retail Execution, Visit Planning, and mobile offline capabilities tailored to field sales. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimisation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud applications Architect solutions aligned with the Enhanced Data Model, ensuring scalability and performance Guide development around Retail Execution, Product Ordering, Visit Execution, and Promotion Management Oversee and validate the implementation of Mobile Offline Functionality using Consumer Goods Modeler Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders to align technical decisions with business outcomes Ensure coding standards, documentation, and testing protocols are met Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 in Consumer Goods Cloud Strong grasp of Enhanced Consumer Goods Data Model and its practical application Experience leading teams in delivering Retail Execution and Mobile Offline use cases Deep knowledge of the CG Cloud architecture and mobile app customization through CG Modeler Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Application Architect certifications preferred
