Key Responsibilities Support the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to execution and asset management. Build and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities. Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction structuring. Collaborate with external advisors, lenders, and operating partners. Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation strategies. Conduct market research and contribute to thematic investment theses. Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field. Strong technical skills in financial modelling and investment analysis. Exposure to operational real estate, infrastructure renewables, or real estate credit is highly desirable. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Team-oriented with a strong cultural fit for a collaborative, high-performance environment.
