With a presence across the North West and a modern approach to legal services, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a supportive, close-knit team that genuinely values work-life balance, career development, and client service.What You'll Be Doing Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownership, and re-mortgages. Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors, maintaining strong professional relationships. Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate and contributing to team initiatives. What We're Looking For A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing. Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent client care skills and a proactive, personable approach. A team player who is also confident working autonomously. Why Apply?
