If you live and breathe social media, have a knack for creativity, and know how to make content that pops, we want to hear from you!We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our content creation and digital presence across platforms (Freelance or Contract).This person will manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and production to publishing and performance analysis - with a clear focus on audience growth and engagement.The ideal candidate understands platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and has a proven track record of building and scaling digital audiences.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute creative, engaging, and on-brand social media strategies for our platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and emerging platforms as well as designing and executing content calendars and growth campaigns.Content Creation: Conceptualise, film, and edit content for a variety of formats (videos, stories, carousels, reels, etc.).Topic Spotting: Stay ahead of trending topics and incorporate them into the content strategy.Community Engagement: Manage and interact authentically with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a genuine community across all platforms.Analytics & Growth: Monitor performance metrics and optimise content to boost engagement, reach, and followers and leverage platform algorithms for organic reachCollaboration: Work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with larger projects and brand goals.What We’re Looking ForCreative Visionary: Someone who thrives on new ideas and approaches each project with originality and enthusiasm.Audience Fluency: You get the tone and aesthetic of entrepreneurial, hustle culture in Britain and know how to connect with them authentically.Hands-On: You’re comfortable shooting content and are proficient in editing (no software preference)Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for trends, visuals, and tone that match our brand.Self-Motivated: A dedicated work ethic and the ability to manage your own time effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Platform Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the latest digital platforms.Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Requirements:3+ years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media strategyProficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Final CutUnderstanding of SEO, social algorithms, and audience psychologyStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsAnalytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable taking initiative and experimentingBonus Skills:Experience with paid ads and growth hacking techniquesBackground in influencer partnerships or community buildingTechnical skills like basic HTML or CRM experienceHow to Apply:Please submit the following:Portfolio - Links or attachments showing relevant work (campaign, podcast, or social-first content preferred)Short Bio - Including your experience, past clients, and creative strengthsRate Card - Indicative pricing for packages, editing, or retainersAvailability - For the June–August 2025 content cycle
